This historic mill, located on the Mill River in
Hatfield, Massachusetts has recently been renovated into The Old
Mill on the Falls Bed & Breakfast and Banquet Facility, with
nine lovely rooms and a 60-seat banquet facility. You will find
all of our rooms are furnished with beautiful
antiques, have private baths (some with whirlpool tubs),
hardwood floors, cable TV, and wireless Internet. Suites overlooking
the falls are available. We also offer a fully handicap-accessible
room and a pet friendly room. Each morning you will enjoy a
delicious breakfast served in our dining room or on the deck
overlooking the falls.
The Old Mill is located just minutes
from Northampton town center, with it's wonderful dining and
shopping area, and close to many of the area colleges and
universities including Smith, Mount Holyoke, Hampshire, Amherst and
the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. It is the perfect
location for a quiet weekend getaway, a college visit, or a weekend
of antiquing.

Directions:
From 91
North: Take exit 21 and go right at the end of the
ramp
From 91 South: Take exit 21 and go left
off the exit. Take the first left over Route 91 toward
Hatfield.
From either exit, take the first left past Eagle
Windows onto Dwight Street. The road bears to the right - continue
straight. You will see a cemetery and water tower on the right. The
road forks, bear right into our parking lot.
